While I do miss the daily interaction with my colleagues and friends from my old job, there are so many things I want to do. My "To-Do" list keeps getting longer every day. Every time I complete one item, I think of three more.
- Visited Frank Lloyd Wright's Pope-Leighey House and had high tea with a friend at the Ritz - first time for both
- Signed up for iContact (like Constant Contact) and developed first draft of the Artists' Undertaking Gallery newsletter (where my work is available)
- Spent about a bazillion hours looking for a new display unit for the Gallery - still haven't found the perfect one yet
- Completed taxes -not exactly fun, but something that had to be done
- Met with the VA PMC Guild Board and discussed upcoming programs
- Was elected 1st Director (in charge of Programs) for the Northern Virginia Handcrafter's Guild
- Visited the Smithsonian Craft Show for the first time
- Plus a lot more
